Glad to have you here! Mental disorders bring great difficulties to the individual and place a great burden on their family members. We want to understand the emergence of mental disorders so that we can look for ways to better treat and prevent them and to do this we need to evaluate several children and adolescents with or without any mental disorder.

If you have a child aged between 1 year and 17 years and 11 months, you can help us better understand the causes of mental disorders.

If your child is diagnosed with a disorder, we will ensure that they are monitored at the UFRJ outpatient clinic.

Please schedule a date for an online appointment with our team below so we can explain exactly what you and your child will be invited to do. If, after our meeting, or at any time during the study, you and your child no longer wish to participate, there is no problem, just let us know.
